By 17:00 LT, the São Paulo Climate Emergency Management Center (CGE) had extended a flood alert across the entire city. Several municipalities, including Osasco, Jandira, Carapicuíba, and Mairiporã, also faced intense rain, localized flooding, and even hailstorms.
