A major winter storm is forecast to impact large parts of Europe this week, bringing heavy snow, blizzards, and intense cold air masses. The Arctic-origin storm system is expected to affect multiple regions, including Scandinavia, the Alps, the Balkan Peninsula, the UK, and Ireland, with a series of severe weather events.
Typhoon Pepito has strengthened to a Category 3 hurricane, becoming the fifth major tropical cyclone to hit the Philippines in the past three weeks. According to PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Service), wind speeds at the typhoon’s epicenter reached 185 km/h (51 m/s) with gusts up to 220 km/h (61 m/s)

Category 2 Typhoon Man-Yi continues to move through the South China Sea, threatening Hong Kong and neighboring regions with heavy rains, strong winds and a dangerous storm surge.
The eruption caused numerous flight cancellations and delays at Bali I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, where some 84 flights, including 36 departures and 48 arrivals, were affected between November 8 and 12.
