We will see some bands of spring rain on Monday morning, particularly across northern parts of Scotland, North West England, and West Midlands. People of Aberdeen, Liverpool, and Coventry should better take an umbrella, before heading outside in the morning.
Cloudy, but dry elsewhere. The highest temperature is expecting South East England, Wales, and South West England: around 15 or even 16 Celsius at mid-day.
Afternoon and evening weather forecast.
Light spring rain will spread across the UK at noon, affecting northern and eastern parts of England, though some brightness too. It will get much drier in the evening.
Staying sunny and dry in Wales and southern areas. In that May sunshine temperature will increase to 16 or 17 Celsius, particularly in Cardiff, Southampton, Bournemouth, and Plymouth. A gentle breeze from the northwest won't be bothering you.
And what about the London weather on the first day of May?
It is going to be a quite cloudy start to the day, with further outbreaks of rain at noon. However, it will get brighter in a few hours. Despite the precipitation, the temperature in London getting to highs of around 16 or 17 Celsius.
