"Hampton police closed parts of Route 101, Route 1A, and residential areas as high tide flooded streets. Aerial footage revealed Ashworth, Brown Avenues, and Church Street submerged. Recovery ongoing from January storms, residents express concerns about increasing intensity. Coastal flood warning in effect until 3 p.m. Sunday, with 15-foot waves and 60 mph winds expected.
