Solar Activity Reaches Very High Levels, G3-G4 Geomagnetic Storms Possible this Week

According to NASA's Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC), the solar activity has been at very high levels over the past 24 hours, with multiple solar flares and CMEs detected. The latest M9.9 flare from Active Region 3766 on July 28 is expected to produce another Earth-directed CME.
