Friday starts with light spring rain in Scotland and North East England. The temperature in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, and Newcastle, stays between 6 to 8 Celsius till noon. It is going to be a rainy morning across North West England as well, however, temperatures in Manchester and Liverpool will get a bit higher: around 10 or 11 Celsius.
Cloudy, but dry on Friday morning elsewhere. The temperature in Wales, eastern and southern England reaches 14 Celsius at mid-day.
Afternoon and evening weather forecast April 28.
During the second part of the day, short-term rain is still possible in parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Staying quite chilly: for example, the temperature in Aberdeen will struggle to reach the low-double digits.
Cloudy changing to sunny intervals, across North East England, North West England, and West Midlands. There will be some decent sunshine, particularly over South East England, Wales, and South West England. The temperature in Oxford, Reading, Southampton, and Plymouth, will significantly increase to 16 or 17 Celsius.

Despite cloudy conditions, it's going to feel much warmer than earlier in April. Temperatures getting to highs of around 16 or even 18 Celsius.
