UK weather forecast for tomorrow, May 8: rainy start of the week

Morning weather forecast.
Spring rain and showers, some of them - heavy, will be affecting all parts of the UK since early morning. It's always a good idea to bring along your umbrella, so that you don't get caught in poor weather.
Staying cloudy but dry, only across the East of England, particularly in Cambridge and Norwich. It's going to feel much warmer here: the temperature is expected to reach 16 or even 18 Celsius, before noon.
Afternoon and evening weather forecast.
A mixture of light rain and May sunshine, in Scotland and Northern Ireland, during the second half of Monday. Despite the precipitation, daily temperatures in Belfast will rise above 17 Celsius.
Spring rain reaches eastern areas, as we go through the afternoon. As a result, the temperature will drop to 14 Celsius. A scattering of showers will continue till evening, across the West Midlands, Wales, and southern parts of the UK. Temperatures in Birmingham, Cardiff, Southampton, and Plymouth should stay between 12 to 14 Celsius.
And what about the London weather? It is going to be a quite cloudy start to the day, with further outbreaks of rain, around noon. Temperature getting to highs of 15. There will be some rain overnight as well.
